COVID -19 Update

As previously stated, the health and well-being of our customers, our colleagues and their families are at the forefront of our decision-making process, particularly at this moment. It is for this reason combined with yesterday’s government announcement, that our Directors Jon and Simon have made the following decisions;

As of today, we will temporarily close our Rainworth showrooms. We appreciate this may cause some disappointment and apologise for any inconvenience.

Although our showrooms will be closed, you can still visit our website and enquire online should you have any queries.

Our service departments will only be open Monday to Friday until further notice. The decision to keep the workshops open isn’t one that has been taken lightly and has been done so on the basis that we service and maintain the emergency service vehicles (we are sure that you will agree this is an asset which is going to be important to keep mobile during this difficult time). Whilst the workshop is open for this purpose, we will continue to carry out work for customers who will require their car for essential use over the coming weeks.

For customers who are booked in for Aftersales care, we will aim to complete your transaction with us where it is safe to do so. We will continue to take all precautions to ensure the wellbeing our customers and employees. We are in the process of contacting you directly, but please feel free to call if you have any concerns.
