International musician, DJ and record producer Tiësto guaranteed that the Citigo’s Geneva Motor Show debut went with a bang.
The world-famous club star, who has 11.1 million fans on Facebook, has produced a song and video – ‘What Can We Do (A Deeper Love)’ – exclusively to promote the Citigo, and he was in Geneva to play it as the car rolled on to stage in front of journalists and VIP guests. The track has also been recorded by Anastacia, who performed at our Retail of the year awards in February 2012.
Youthful, fresh and with a human touch – that’s Tiësto, and that’s the Citigo,” said ŠKODA CEO Professor Dr Winfried Vahland. “We want the Citigo to really take off this year and to win new customer groups for our brand. This is why we are moving down new roads in our communications: our partnership with Tiësto fits in perfectly with our new subcompact’s positioning.”
ŠKODA’s relationship with Tiësto (right) dates back to early 2011, when the artist performed at the World Dealer Conference in Prague, the brand’s largest dealer convention so far.
