Rainworth Škoda Sales Manager Goes Extra Mile for Sheffield Children’s Hospital
March 30, 2026
Rainworth Škoda’s Sheffield Sales Manager, Corin Ovendale, has gone above and beyond to support Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity by taking on Theo’s Challenge with impressive determination.
Doubling Down on a Charitable Challenge
Theo’s Challenge invited supporters to walk 50 miles during February as the charity celebrated its milestone 50th anniversary.
However, Corin had other ideas. Marking his own 50th year and with a passion for fitness, he decided to amp up the challenge by walking 50 miles every week for four weeks straight.
With the incredible support from friends, family and the whole Rainworth Škoda team, Corin has managed to raise £1,613 for Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
A Partnership Rooted in Community
This fundraising effort is a natural extension of Rainworth Škoda’s longstanding partnership with Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity.
As a family-run franchise dealer committed to supporting the local community for over 56 years, giving back to organisations that care for young people is at the heart of what we do.
Corin’s efforts add to Rainworth Škoda’s broader commitment to Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity.
In previous years, the dealership has donated cars to support the charity’s work, sponsored their Snowflake Appeal, and provided a Christmas gift drop-off donation location, ensuring that young patients receive the best possible care and support.
